1. Basics
Automatic updates
No manual upgrades needed. The app checks for a new version every time it starts and downloads it quietly in the background (incremental, so it uses very little data). When the download finishes, it asks whether to restart and update now. If you skip it, the update installs the next time you quit the app.
Closing vs. quitting
- Clicking × in the top-right corner minimizes the app to the system tray. It keeps running in the background, so translation and auto-chat aren't interrupted.
- To really quit, right-click the tray icon and choose Quit.
User center
The sign-in page and the account menu in the top-right corner both have a User center link, which opens in your browser. Owners use it to manage staff accounts, view usage and chat history, top up, and change their password or email.
2. Accounts & staff
After registering, sign in to the user center to set up staff accounts. Staff accounts draw from the main account's balance. You can see how much each staff account has used, enable or disable staff accounts, and choose whether their chat history is uploaded so you can review it.
Signing in
Sign in with the username and password of a staff account. The owner creates staff accounts in the user center and hands them out.
- Check Remember me for 7 days to sign in automatically next time.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a code at your registered email and reset it.
- Create account creates a new, separate account. It starts with a balance of 0, so top up before using translation.
3. Add WhatsApp / Telegram accounts
- Click + at the bottom of the left sidebar, choose a platform (WhatsApp or Telegram), and optionally give the account a nickname (e.g. "Thailand 1").
- Scan the QR code that appears:
- WhatsApp: on your phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device.
- Telegram: on your phone, open Telegram → Settings → Devices → Link Desktop Device. If the account has two-step verification turned on, enter its password after scanning.
If you don't see the Telegram option, it hasn't been enabled yet. Please contact your administrator.
- Once signed in, click an account in the left list to switch to it. Each account's data is fully isolated from the others.
- The total number of unread messages is shown next to each account name.
- Each account can use its own proxy: click the gear icon on the account in the left sidebar (or right-click the account → Account settings) → Basics & proxy, then enter the proxy rule and credentials. The two platforms differ:
- WhatsApp: supports http, socks5 and more. After changing it, switch to or reopen the account for it to take full effect.
- Telegram: supports socks5 / socks4 only (no http). After changing it, the account reconnects through the new proxy automatically.
- Removing an account only removes it from this computer. It doesn't affect the WhatsApp / Telegram account on your phone.
4. Translation
Reading: incoming messages are translated automatically
When someone writes to you in another language, the translation appears under their message bubble. Older messages are translated once and remembered, so you aren't charged twice.
Sending: type in your language, send in theirs
Type in your own language and press Enter (or click Send). The app translates your message into the other person's language and sends it. Under your own bubble you'll see "≈ original", the text you typed, for easy reference.
- Don't press Enter again while it's translating. The app shows "Translating".
- If you switch chats while a message is being translated, that send is cancelled (so it can't go to the wrong person). Go back and send it again.
- If translation fails, your original text stays in the input box. Nothing is sent by mistake.
Two send modes (Settings → Translation):
| Mode | What happens |
| One-step send (default) | Press Enter and the message is sent as soon as it's translated. |
| Confirm before sending | The translation stays in the input box with a "✔ Send / ↩ Restore original" bar. You can edit the translation, then click Send (or press Enter again) to send it. |
If you type directly in the other person's language, you aren't charged.
Language settings
Use the Language menu at the top to choose the default language pair (I read → they read), for example English → Spanish. This decides what incoming messages are translated into and what your messages are translated into.
A same-language pair (English → English or Chinese → Chinese) means no translation: messages are shown and sent as written, with no charge. English → English is the default for the English interface.
Related switches
Settings (the gear icon in the account list) → Translation tab:
- Show translations under chat bubbles
- Translate automatically on Enter / Send (turn it off to send messages as typed, without translation)
- Font size, color and other display options for translations and originals are in the Font menu at the top
5. Reply ideas (💡)
Click 💡 Reply ideas above the chat input box and the AI suggests several replies based on the recent conversation, written in your reading language. Click one to put it in the input box, then press Enter to translate and send it as usual. Suggestions are only drafts: you decide whether to send or edit them.
To make suggestions sound more like you, go to Settings → AI persona and fill in for each account:
- Persona (who you are): gender, age, role, tone.
- Chat rules (how to answer): rules to always follow, such as "Don't offer the lowest price first" or "Always quote 7–15 days for delivery". One rule per line.
Both settings apply to reply ideas and auto-chat. Use Fill in default to start from a template and edit it.
6. Voice messages
Listening: incoming voice notes become text
When someone sends a voice note, the recognized text and its translation appear below it. Each voice note is recognized only once, so reopening the chat doesn't charge you again.
Speaking: type → voice note
-
Record your voice first (required, one time only): open 🎙 Voice in the top menu and record 1–2 minutes of continuous speech, or upload an mp3/ogg/wav/m4a sample (≤ 10 MB). A quiet room with only your voice works best.
- Each account can have one voice. To replace it, click Delete voice first, then record or upload again.
- Voice sending doesn't work until you've recorded a voice. The button will remind you to record one.
-
In a chat, click 🔊 Voice send. In the window that opens:
- Type your text in your own language. It's translated into the other person's language before sending, and any text already in the input box is filled in for you.
- Pick an emotion: default / happy / sad / angry / fearful / disgusted / surprised / calm.
- Click Generate, then choose ▶ Preview (listen first), Send (send as a voice note) or Discard (throw it away and change the text or emotion).
- Each voice note can be up to 2,000 characters; longer text must be split. The message always goes to the chat that was open when you opened the window, even if you switch chats.
7. Auto-chat (🤖)
Set up your persona and chat rules, and the AI can take over a single chat as you: when the customer writes, the AI drafts a reply and sends it at a natural, human pace.
Starting and stopping
- Open the chat you want to hand over and click 🤖 Auto-chat in the bottom-right corner.
- While auto-chat is on, manual typing is disabled for that chat (so you and the AI don't talk over each other), but you can still watch the conversation live. A "🤖 AI is chatting" bar appears at the top; click Stop auto-chat next to it to take over.
- The chat list shows each auto-chat's status in real time, such as Message received, thinking…, Replying in 00:23 or Waiting for reply 17:42.
- You can run auto-chat in several chats at once and switch to other accounts; it keeps running in the background and resumes after the app restarts.
How it paces itself (defaults)
- If the customer sends several messages in a row, it waits for them to finish and answers them together.
- It waits at least 30 seconds before replying (instant replies look robotic).
- When a reply is split into several messages, they're sent 5–10 seconds apart.
- If the customer doesn't reply for a long time, it stops automatically after the set time limit (shown as "Customer hasn't replied").
- Optional follow-up: sends one extra message if nobody replies (off by default).
All of this can be changed in Settings → Auto-chat.
Please note
- Group chats and broadcasts aren't supported.
- You'll get a notification if auto-chat stops or hits an error (for example, low balance or a signed-out account).
- The AI may make up specific details such as prices or stock. Keep an eye on important chats.
8. Balance & top-ups
The account menu in the top-right corner shows your current balance (counted in characters). Translation, reply ideas, auto-chat and voice all draw from this balance.
Ways to top up:
- USDT-TRC20 by QR code: choose an amount → a payment QR code is generated → the balance is added automatically after you transfer.
- Redeem code: enter a code and the balance is added right away.
⚠️ The USDT amount you send must match the exact amount shown on the order, including the decimals, or it can't be matched automatically.
When your balance runs low, translation prompts you to top up and auto-chat stops automatically.
9. Chat history
Messages translated by the app (both sent and received) and auto-chat conversations can be synced to the user center for the owner to review. The owner turns syncing on or off in the user center; nothing needs to be done in the app.
10. FAQ
| Problem | What to do |
| Download or installation is blocked | The installer is signed, so this is rare. If a PC still warns you, click "More info → Run anyway". |
| Can't find the app window | Check the system tray and click the icon to restore it. × only minimizes the app. |
| "Session expired" | Your sign-in expired or your password was changed. Just sign in again. |
| Messages fail to send | Make sure you're on the latest version (restart the app to trigger an update). |
| My message went out untranslated | Settings → Translation → turn on "Translate automatically on Enter / Send". |
| Can't type in the input box | That chat is in auto-chat (see the bar at the top). Click "Stop auto-chat" to reply yourself. |
| QR code keeps refreshing and won't scan | Check your network or that account's proxy settings. |
| Incoming voice note can't be recognized | Voice notes are limited to 60 seconds; longer ones or ones without speech are rejected. |
| Voice send asks me to record a voice | Record or upload one in the "🎙 Voice" menu at the top, then try again. |
| Voice send says the text is too long | Each voice note is limited to 2,000 characters. Split it into several. |
| Voice says it's no longer valid | The voice was deleted elsewhere. Delete it in the "🎙 Voice" menu and record a new one. |
